Welcome to the HCDO Cabinets Photo Gallery by GA Systems! Our HCDO Cabinets are designed to meet your cafeteria’s unique needs while delivering top-quality performance. Our cabinets are constructed with a 14 gauge 304 stainless steel #4 finish top that is bound with (4) 10/32 stainless steel screws flush at each end. The front and back edges are turned down 102° and turned back 90° to eliminate the gap between the top and the base of the cabinet.
The body of the cabinet is fabricated using 1″ square 18 gauge stainless steel and cold rolled tubing to form the top and bottom frames. The corners are filled with urethane foam insulation and capped, while all joints are welded with exposed welds being ground and polished. The 20 gauge galvanized body panels are welded to the tubing superstructure.
Each well is 6″ deep and constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel. They are fully insulated with urethane foam for energy savings and efficiency, with a continuous seamless design and all corners coved for easy cleaning. Each well has a 3-position control; hot, cold, and off, as well as an infinite control to adjust the heating temperature when in the “hot” position.
The front removable access panel is made of 18 gauge 304 stainless steel #4 finish and recessed for controls, with louver panels on the compressor side of the front in 304 stainless steel #4 finish. The exterior front, back, and ends are trimmed with 22 gauge stainless steel #4 finish trim to accept laminated color panels.
Our HCDO Cabinets are also designed to be ADA compliant, with a fully enclosed bottom and a 3-3/4″ clearance from the bottom of the cabinet to the floor. They also feature plate type 3″ swivel non-marking casters with brakes, and an electrical outlet that must not exceed 4 inches in height including plug.
