PARTS REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At G.A. Systems, we strive to ensure total customer satisfaction. We understand that you may need to return a part, and we aim to make this process as smooth and easy as possible.
1. Contact Customer Service: Ph. 714 848 7529 email: firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning unwanted parts.
2. Pack Carefully: Ensure the part is in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. All original materials, manuals, and accessories should be included.
3. Ship the Part: Please send the part, along with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package, to 226 W Carleton Ave. Orange CA 92867
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. Shipping costs and restocking fees may apply to returns.
